1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PinoyBiz Connect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts. Businesses listed must be legitimately operating and owned by or serving the Filipino community.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Business listings
You represent that all listing information is accurate, that you own or are authorized to manage the business, and that you have rights to all uploaded content. We may remove listings that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions and refunds
Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may remove reviews that are fake, defamatory, or violate our guidelines.
7. Prohibited conduct
No spam, scraping, fraudulent listings, harassment, or unlawful activity. Violation may result in account suspension.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not endorse any listed business and are not responsible for transactions between users and businesses.
